How do you ensure vinyl records are not damaged during shipping?
We use specialized, reinforced cardboard mailers designed specifically for vinyl. Each record is padded with bubble wrap or cardboard stiffeners to prevent corner dings and seam splits during transit.
When will my order ship?
In-stock items typically ship within 1-3 business days. For pre-order items, your entire order will ship once the final item in your cart becomes available.
What is your return policy for opened media?
To maintain quality standards, we only accept returns on opened vinyl or CDs if the product is found to be defective or damaged. Unopened items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
We process orders quickly, but we can make changes if the order has not yet been sent to our warehouse for fulfillment. Please contact our support team immediately with your order number.
